Requirements
- Native-level or fully bilingual fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate networks and websites using different browsers.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware (desktop and laptop).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones (iPhone or Android).
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date awareness of current technical language usage in the target language.
Responsibilities
- Proofread and edit localized content for grammar, typos, syntax, punctuation, and consistency.
- Translate content from English to the target language as needed.
- Check UIs for functional issues.
- Write and report bugs using internal database systems.
- QA products by following testing instructions and test cases.
- Evaluate translations in software, mobile apps, and documentation contexts.
- Resolve linguistic issues as a subject matter expert.
- Adhere to project-specific quality standards and style guides.
