Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of software development and technical operations support.
- Deep understanding of authentication, identity management, Zero Trust, and security analytics (SIEM/SOAR).
- Expertise in cloud-native computing, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Production-level experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, ECS, EKS, Fargate).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, source control, build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm), and scripting (Linux/Shell).
- Experience managing monolith and microservice architectures.
- Demonstrated project management and technical leadership experience.
- Familiarity with GovCon environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in building comprehensive zero trust solutions covering users, applications, and infrastructure.
- Manage the delivery of projects and commitments across multiple phases of the software development life cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SecDevOps, CI/CD, rapid release, and end-to-end automation best practices.
- Manage, configure, and maintain all components of the SecDevOps environment, including AWS and multi-cloud deployments.
- Design and support software build/deploy pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and GitLab.
- Develop and maintain security-embedded build environments and automate infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform.
- Document and execute software scans, builds, and CM/SCM release procedures.
