Requirements
- 8–12 years of product management experience, specifically with B2B SaaS, AI, communication, or platform products.
- Experience as a Staff PM, Principal PM, Lead PM, or equivalent senior IC product role.
- Deep fluency in voice AI, contact center software, telephony, conversational AI, or workflow automation.
- Technical proficiency to collaborate on LLM behavior, APIs, webhooks, telephony systems, and data pipelines.
- Strong systems thinking ability to connect product capabilities across CRM, calendars, and billing.
- Experience with SMB and agency-led SaaS models.
- Strong analytical skills for defining metrics, diagnosing funnel drop-offs, and interpreting usage data.
- High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-growth, remote-first environment.
- Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.
- Proven ability to make prioritization decisions across customer feedback, technical debt, and compliance constraints.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for HighLevel VoiceAI.
- Manage the full VoiceAI product surface including inbound/outbound calling, agent setup, and call analytics.
- Translate complex customer use cases into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories.
- Partner with engineering on telephony architecture, LLM behavior, latency optimization, and infrastructure scalability.
- Collaborate with design to simplify agent setup, testing, and debugging processes.
- Integrate VoiceAI with core platform features like Contacts, Conversations, Calendars, and Workflows.
- Own compliance-sensitive decisions regarding outbound calling, consent, and data handling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Support, and Finance to drive monetization and adoption.
