Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability principles.
- Solid knowledge of composition, layout design, and color theory.
- Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-based design tools and workflows.
- Ability to take ownership of design outcomes and contribute proactively to team success.
- Experience in product or marketing design environments is a plus.
- Exposure to iGaming or fast-paced digital product industries is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects across product and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and creative marketing activities.
- Generate innovative design concepts for both product and marketing teams, ensuring strong visual storytelling.
- Build, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.
- Develop and update brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards.
- Create high-quality digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communication channels.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all outputs in alignment with established design systems and templates.
- Design vector icons and UI elements for use across product and marketing experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align design execution with business goals.
- Evaluate design performance and contribute to improving creative processes and workflows.
