Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability principles.
  • Solid knowledge of composition, layout design, and color theory.
  • Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI-based design tools and workflows.
  • Ability to take ownership of design outcomes and contribute proactively to team success.
  • Experience in product or marketing design environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to iGaming or fast-paced digital product industries is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects across product and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and creative marketing activities.
  • Generate innovative design concepts for both product and marketing teams, ensuring strong visual storytelling.
  • Build, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.
  • Develop and update brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards.
  • Create high-quality digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all outputs in alignment with established design systems and templates.
  • Design vector icons and UI elements for use across product and marketing experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align design execution with business goals.
  • Evaluate design performance and contribute to improving creative processes and workflows.
