Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems.
- Strong multitasking ability, specifically talking on the phone while using a computer.
- Ability to work a 40-hour work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of a 4-week new hire training program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions.
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls to assess family needs.
- Educate families on customized senior care options and home care providers.
- Manage inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely.
- Refer families to senior living communities and schedule tours to drive move-ins.
- Act as a liaison between families and care providers.
