Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a relevant management field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or industry.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its application to strategic business goals.
- Deep expertise in observability markets and tools, such as Dynatrace, DataDog, LogicMonitor, Splunk, or Qualys.
- Experience with automation capabilities using tools like Harness, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience motivating teams to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying complex ideas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated business development track record in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Expert client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clients navigating rapidly changing business environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as a trusted advisor.
- Assess observability platforms, covering capabilities, consumption, gaps, licensing, and operating models.
- Guide customers through the establishment of a NOC/SOC/Digital Operations Center, integrating ITSM and ITOM platforms.
- Lead and manage large-scale consulting engagements within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop innovative client strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead organizational change management efforts in large transformational programs.
- Drive business development, cultivate relationships, and participate in proposal development.
