Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling production-level front-end experiences using React
- Experience with supporting back-end work in Ruby on Rails
- Current with modern development practices including AI-assisted and agentic workflows
- Strong grasp of data modeling and system design
- Enthusiastic growth-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Spring Boot or Quarkus (preferred)
- Passion for Ad-Tech (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build net-new Basis Platform features
- Develop integrations that bridge the Basis Platform and the DSP
- Extend existing feature sets used by customers
- Own projects end-to-end from sketch to launch and beyond
- Lead technical projects across the stack
- Collaborate through pull requests, demos, and internal partnerships
