Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong client contact handling and active listening skills.
- Hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 85mbs.
- Quiet, dedicated work space.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support.
- Resolve client problems by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the solution, and ensuring resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services by analyzing client needs.
- Manage a high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in systems such as PAWS.
- Accomplish team and personal metrics.
