Requirements

  • One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong client contact handling and active listening skills.
  • Hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 85mbs.
  • Quiet, dedicated work space.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support.
  • Resolve client problems by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the solution, and ensuring resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services by analyzing client needs.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in systems such as PAWS.
  • Accomplish team and personal metrics.
