Responsibilities
- Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude.
- Surprise and delight each client through innovative service approaches.
- Respond to client requests and questions as directed.
- Manage flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge-related details like spa, touring, and dinner reservations.
- Prepare and distribute client travel documents and tips electronically or via hard copy.
- Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRMs.
- Serve as backup travel support and primary point of contact for emergencies.
