Requirements

- Relevant engineering degree.
- 3+ years experience working with Python or similar programming languages.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Proven ability to lead and drive technical projects to completion.
- Superior creative problem solving and general troubleshooting capability.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a loosely structured, high-demand startup environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.
- Passion for accelerating the global transition to clean energy.
Responsibilities
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and establish technical partnerships with customer engineering teams.
- Onboard new customers to the Voltaiq platform and nurture and train customer engineering teams.
- Scope, develop, and implement integrations to help bring customer battery data into the Voltaiq platform.
- Meet regularly with customers to understand their objectives and workflows and achieve those workflows directly in Voltaiq.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to set and achieve customer program goals.
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure the platform serves specific battery analysis needs.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to support customers in their battery development processes.
- Support the sales team to win new or increase existing business.
