Requirements
- 9+ years of experience as a DevOps or VoIP engineer.
- 9+ years of experience managing and maintaining Linux-based servers (including SaltStack, Kubernetes, or Bash).
- 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining Linux-based Web-Servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx, or Envoy).
- 5+ years of experience with configuration management tools at a production level (e.g., Ansible or SaltStack).
- 5+ years of experience with open source caching solutions (e.g., Memcache).
- 5+ years of experience with open source DNS tools (e.g., bind9).
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining complex AWS architectures, including AWS EKS.
- 3+ years of experience writing and using Helm charts.
- 3+ years of experience building and creating CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- 3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure via Terraform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of cloud infrastructure architecture and organizational account structure.
- Design and configure networking architecture, including VPCs, load balancers, and gateways.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Design and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines for software development and delivery.
- Govern end-to-end configuration management architecture using Ansible.
- Architect and maintain staging development environments to support 200+ internal users.
- Lead the design of an end-to-end monitoring and observability stack.
- Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools to modernize the platform stack.
