Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO experience preferred)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced remote environment
- High-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database
- Keep all filing systems up to date
- Provide support in a team-based environment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Create presentations as assigned
