Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced remote environment
  • High-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database
  • Keep all filing systems up to date
