Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end software development.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Experience with GraphQL clients (Apollo Client or equivalent) and consuming API schemas.
- Solid understanding of component architecture, state management patterns, and modern React paradigms.
- Familiarity with AWS-hosted front-end infrastructure (S3, CloudFront, API Gateway).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
- Able to perform root cause analysis on issues within the application.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AWS CDK or IaC (nice to have).
- Performance optimization techniques experience (nice to have).
- Accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG 2.1 AA / 508 compliance) (nice to have).
- FedRAMP or other certification knowledge (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain React applications using TypeScript, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Build efficient GraphQL operations.
- Develop reusable, well-tested UI components and maintain a consistent design system.
- Deploy releases and hotfixes to production environments.
- Debug issues in production or development environments.
- Write unit/integration tests as part of each feature/bug fix.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with back-end engineers and product stakeholders.
- Apply front-end best practices for performance, accessibility, security, and code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
