Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic fields preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and communicate clinical data, product value, and access information.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and adjacent field partners to support territory objectives.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Operate with the highest standards of integrity and compliance with all industry regulations.
