Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role at top-tier firms (consulting, investment banking, or tech).
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments for digital products.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Strong background in statistical programming using Python.
- Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas and SciPy.
- Familiarity with Jupyter/iPython notebooks for data workflows.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to monitor and report on product metrics and KPIs.
- Translate complex business questions into clear, actionable data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain self-service visualization tools and dashboards.
- Own end-to-end analytics for Marketing and Growth, including opportunity sizing and post-launch impact analysis.
- Act as a strategic bridge between technology, business, and product stakeholders.
- Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve business and product challenges.
