Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire talent funnel from intake to offer negotiation.
  • Strong interest in and aptitude for People Operations processes.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
  • Experience recruiting for cleared roles (nice to have).
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS and Onboarding (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with a PEO environment (nice to have).
  • Experience navigating government contracting and defense tech talent landscapes (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruiting for specialized roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Operations Research Scientists.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to scope roles, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source elite passive talent within the AI and Defense sectors, with a focus on candidates holding or eligible for security clearances.
  • Refine interview processes and feedback mechanisms to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the evolution of the onboarding program and resolve friction points in the employee lifecycle.
