Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role such as Tech PM, Technical Specialist, Tech Support, or Operations.
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with curiosity about how systems work.
- Basic, conceptual understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Intermediate proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools and MS Office.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with multiple teams and managing parallel tasks.
- Familiarity with IT, SaaS, fintech, or web-based products.
- Fluent Russian.
- Good written technical English (at least B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of merchant websites.
- Understand and explain basic website structure and integrations.
- Coordinate tasks between developers, designers, technical support, and legal teams.
- Collect, clarify, and structure incoming requests.
- Prepare and describe technical requirements for designers using Figma.
- Communicate with developers on task details and clarifications.
- Track task progress, responsibilities, and statuses.
- Use AI tools to support research, coordination, and operational work.
