Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of a consumer-facing checkout funnel in DTC, e-commerce, or high-volume fintech.
- Proven track record of improving checkout conversion rates through structured A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with Stripe including authorization rate optimization, retry logic, 3DS configuration, and fraud rules.
- Experience managing or integrating multiple PSPs and digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Ownership of post-checkout monetization architecture including upsells, downsells, and subscription offers.
- Ability to diagnose checkout drop-off using session recordings, funnel analytics, and heatmaps.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention tools and chargeback management.
- Knowledge of subscription billing compliance including FTC negative option and ROSCA requirements.
- Strong cross-functional influence to align Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Customer Care stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end TrafiCheckout funnel across all brands, from cart entry through order confirmation.
- Define, prioritize, and execute a continuous A/B testing roadmap targeting a minimum of 2 simultaneous experiments.
- Diagnose checkout drop-off and translate findings into actionable improvements with measurable conversion impact.
- Optimize checkout UX for mobile-first experiences, including field sequencing, autofill, and wallet integration.
- Design and improve payment failure copy and retry prompts to maximize transaction recovery.
- Maintain and evolve the weekly Checkout Health Dashboard to track CVR, authorization rates, and payment recovery.
