Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products
- Prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking experience
- Obsessive product sense with a consumer-first mindset and ability to use data to diagnose friction
- Capable and calculated risk-taker with conviction in product bets
- Deep technical fluency including system architecture and Web3/on-chain fundamentals
- Ability to read and dabble in code
- Proven stakeholder management skills in dynamic, regulated environments
- Macro-to-micro versatility to maintain strategic views while managing granular details
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills for building trust across distributed teams
- Mission alignment with Kraken’s crypto values and goals
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals
- Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions
- Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products
- Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration
- Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement
- Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction
- Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities
- Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
