Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with design systems, motion, interaction design, and responsive UI.
- Full-stack production experience with Python/Django and backend APIs/services.
- Proven product and design taste, with an ability to identify and resolve UI/UX friction in complex data products.
- Platform instincts regarding contracts, failure modes, permissions, and observability.
- Deep familiarity with AI engineering tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- High agency and ability to clarify problems in ambiguous environments.
- Customer empathy, specifically when working with technical users in regulated domains like life sciences.
- Clear written communication skills for explaining tradeoffs and decision-making.
- Experience shipping complex customer-facing products like enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or agent systems.
Responsibilities
- Create beautiful, usable interfaces for complex workflows including design systems and dense information displays.
- Build agentic customer surfaces allowing users to run, guide, inspect, and approve AI workflows.
- Design human-in-the-loop interaction patterns for approvals, parameter review, and exception handling.
- Make distributed AI workflows understandable through UI, including observability for execution status and failures.
- Build reusable components, interaction patterns, and state models to ensure product coherence.
- Configure, run, inspect, and debug AI workflows across the full stack including React, APIs, and backend services.
- Develop interfaces for permission-aware search and indexed customer data.
