Requirements
- Extensive experience with Python and Django.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for fullstack development.
- Experience with API design, queues, jobs, and production reliability.
- Ability to build and shape intuitive UI/UX for complex technical systems.
- Demonstrated platform instincts regarding abstractions, contracts, and lifecycle management.
- Experience using AI engineering tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proven ability to translate complex domain needs into durable engineering decisions.
- Strong communication skills for documenting problems and explaining tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Build contracts for agents to call pipelines with typed inputs, structured outputs, and auditability.
- Model platform concepts and build durable APIs using Python and Django.
- Manage Kubernetes-backed deployment patterns, scaling, isolation, and observability.
- Develop frontend and backend experiences to configure, run, and inspect AI workflows.
- Implement permission-aware data access systems and hybrid search architectures.
- Improve diagnostics, test harnesses, and internal developer tools.
