Requirements

Active Washington State APRN license.
Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections).
Comfort treating patients independently.
Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, and chemical peels.
Provide skincare and at-home facial experiences.
Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
Manage supplies responsibly.
Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical support team.
Use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow the patient book.
