Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Enterprise/Field Service Management solutions.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and field service management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint, and process design tools like Vizio or Signavio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing engagement.
- Ability to travel to client sites, both domestic and international, as required by projects.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to document business processes, needs, and objectives.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and manage communication across project teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Execute test plans, validate defects, and guide users through UAT sessions.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for client solution adoption.
