Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- 8 years relevant experience with BS/BA degree, 6 years with MS/MA, 4 years with PhD, 12 years without a degree, or 10 years with AS/AA.
- Satisfy Foundational Qualification standards (e.g., A+ or Network+) as defined in the DoD 8140 Qualification Matrix.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CodePipeline).
- Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Docker).
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, KMS).
- Ability to travel to the National Capital Region (NCR) as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support design, implementation, and sustainment of cloud infrastructure components under senior architect guidance.
- Implement IaC and automation using Terraform/CloudFormation and manage CI/CD pipeline jobs.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads (EKS/ECS) and automate rollouts.
- Assist with application migration, network connectivity, and secure data migration to managed services.
- Implement security controls, support STIG/SRG checks, and maintain compliance documentation.
- Maintain monitoring systems, cost controls, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop and test backup jobs and recovery playbooks for disaster recovery.
