Requirements

  • 12 years of related experience.
  • Background in billing operations in a member-facing environment.
  • Higher level education (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Skilled in data analysis for trend interpretation and process improvement.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical proficiency in billing systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Nimble, or Freshdesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Group Account Billing program to expand value proposition and adoption among radiology practices.
  • Manage end-to-end group billing operations, including maintaining facility rosters, coordinating annual invoicing, and tracking payments.
  • Analyze group account data to uncover engagement trends, revenue growth opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and Member Services to improve system integrations and optimize the billing experience.
  • Provide targeted customer support for billing, account management, and product usage via phone and Freshdesk.
  • Process member payments and assist with membership applications, including time-sensitive submissions.
  • Maintain, audit, and cleanse membership data to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.
