Requirements
- Solid professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience operating and scaling Kubernetes production clusters and Docker container tooling.
- Experience building and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or similar.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code practice using Terraform.
- Experience with reliability frameworks including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and alerting strategies.
- Solid observability background with tools like OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
- Comfortable coding with Golang and Bash scripting.
- Practical, embedded experience using AI for infra/ops/dev agentic workflows.
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills suited for an async-first global environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
- English language proficiency is required for all applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution discovery and delivery for complex reliability and infrastructure problems.
- Contribute to the platform's architecture, tooling, and roadmap development.
- Define and operate reliability practices including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and alerting.
- Resolve cross-team requests and transform recurring issues into reusable runbooks and fixes.
- Work AI-natively by building reusable prompts and agentic workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Mentor less-senior engineers and participate in hiring, onboarding, and RFC discussions.
- Collaborate with Security teams on platform hardening and threat mitigation.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations to maintain system reliability.
