Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack or web application engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, and REST APIs.
- Experience working with React ecosystem tools, including NX, monorepos, and modern build tools like Gradle.
- Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat, WildFly/JBoss, or IIS.
- Experience using DevOps and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack web applications with a strong emphasis on modern UI development.
- Translate project scope and requirements into actionable technical work items, estimates, and implementation plans.
- Provide technical direction and input on architecture, design decisions, and system improvements in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications and support junior developers through mentorship and code guidance.
- Build and enhance applications using React, Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and related web technologies.
- Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous delivery processes.
- Integrate front-end and back-end systems using RESTful APIs, messaging systems, and modern web standards.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery through debugging, testing, and performance optimization across the full stack.
