  • Experience in team leadership or leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including ideation, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize data product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technical feasibility.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for data and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze data structures, pipelines (ETL/ELT), and architectures to support product decisions.
  • Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria to measure product performance and business impact.
  • Conduct data profiling and exploratory analysis to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user and business needs.
