- Independent, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple client projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment from the outset.
- Lead client communications across all project phases, facilitating meetings, updates, and approvals to maintain transparency and momentum.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, sales, and implementation specialists to deliver project objectives.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones while providing regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee post-launch support activities and ensure smooth transition to long-term support or account management teams.
- Identify opportunities for account growth or additional services based on client needs and project outcomes.
