Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience with an emphasis on operating expense management.
- Strong financial modeling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting and understanding of all financial statements.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with financial planning systems such as Planful, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena, Hyperion, or SAP.
- Experience with SQL-based systems and data tools.
- Experience building and leveraging AI tools for financial forecasting and analytics.
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level content.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze past and current financial data to develop accurate forecasts and key metrics.
- Optimize and implement standard financial processes, emphasizing operating expense management.
- Develop partner relationships across the organization to provide visibility into performance.
- Provide financial support for leadership meetings, board presentations, and business reviews.
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools to streamline FP&A workflows and improve forecast accuracy.
