Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
- Proven experience in AI/ML/GenAI project delivery, including model serving and inference optimization.
- Expertise in deploying RAG applications and GenAI solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability tools, and FinOps practices.
- Expertise in Linux and macOS administration.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and deployment of AI/ML/GenAI solutions using LLMs/SLMs at scale.
- Drive automation for infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and inference pipelines.
- Oversee CI/CD processes specifically tailored for AI/ML/GenAI workloads.
- Design secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Act as a technical advisor for stakeholders and lead client-facing solution design.
- Mentor engineers, promote industry best practices, and foster GenAI innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align AI engineering with business outcomes.
- Ensure cost optimization, system monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
