Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant specializing in SAP WM.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management configuration.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse business processes and best practices.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Perfect command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in complex international environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP WM users.
- Handle incidents and service requests using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve SAP WM-related issues.
- Participate in SAP WM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Configure and optimize warehouse processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and storage strategies.
- Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure system integration.
- Prepare and maintain system and process documentation.
- Support testing activities and user training sessions.
