Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience.
- Experience as an ML Engineer building production-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience as an AI Engineer with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, and fine-tuning.
- Proficiency with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience communicating and teaching technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
Responsibilities
- Architect production-level ML & AI workloads for customers, including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization, and MLOps.
- Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions, covering RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI observability.
- Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads across a variety of domains.
- Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to represent the customer voice and influence the roadmap.
