Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B/channel sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Intercultural experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
- Structured problem-solving skills with independence and creativity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 is a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire leads, and negotiate deals.
- Perform onboarding and training of new fleets.
- Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide performance reports.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations departments to improve processes and IT systems.
