Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B/channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intercultural experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Structured problem-solving skills with independence and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire leads, and negotiate deals.
  • Perform onboarding and training of new fleets.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide performance reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations departments to improve processes and IT systems.
