Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analyst relations or product marketing.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end analyst relations programs, including multiple Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave cycles.
- Established relationships with key analysts and firms covering the infrastructure, data, and orchestration landscape.
- Fluency in the enterprise infrastructure and data landscape including orchestration, automation, DevOps, or IT operations.
- Exceptional writing skills capable of bridging the gap between technical depth and economic value.
- Executive presence with the ability to prepare senior leaders for high-stakes engagements.
- Experience managing detailed evaluation processes, including submissions, demos, and customer references.
- Strong project management discipline for cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead analyst engagement by managing briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions.
- Own analyst firm contracts, budgets, and investment allocation.
- Develop and shape Kestra's analyst-facing narrative aligned with company strategy.
- Lead participation in industry evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves.
- Synthesize analyst feedback into market intelligence for internal product and go-to-market teams.
- Prepare executives for analyst interactions and equip sales teams with validation assets.
