Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- Track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact.
- Experience leading development teams in an agile context.
- Proficient in GoLang and its frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, MSK, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kafka and/or other messaging and queueing frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on agile tech leadership for a team.
- Develop and manage cloud-based applications using Go and AWS.
- Decompose and assign work to team members.
- Remove blockers and maintain forward momentum for the development team.
- Build scalable and efficient applications for clients.
