Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
- Familiarity with distributed systems building blocks.
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to translate business scenarios into robust, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large codebases and performing code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to professional growth and stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems for machine learning feature creation, exploration, and serving.
- Manage end-to-end data storage, availability, and visibility for ML platforms.
- Build and improve offline backfilling infrastructure.
- Ensure platform performance supports organizational availability and latency goals.
- Collaborate with MLEs, Analysts, and decisioning teams to provide data sources for ML.
- Design and launch scalable backend solutions.
