Requirements
- 6+ years of related professional experience.
- Computer science degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Advanced technical expertise in UI Web and Desktop automation.
- Mandatory proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Practical experience with Generative AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT for scripting and failure analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of AWS services including S3, Lambda, EC2, and CloudWatch.
- Strong understanding of STLC and QA concepts.
- Proven problem-solving ability for complex, multi-variable technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and implement quality assurance strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and planning.
- Design, write, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests and UI automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide in-process testing results and enhance test coverage.
- Investigate, triage, record, and track defects while verifying fixes.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and mentoring to improve quality standards within the domain.
- Leverage generative AI to optimize framework scripting and implement prompt engineering for test workflows.
