Requirements

Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license in Massachusetts
Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families
Strong interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming care
Ability to work between 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours
Bilingual in English and Portuguese (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families
Help families understand diagnoses and build effective home supports
Support caregivers in advocating for their child and navigating emotional challenges
Help children build relationships, adapt to change, and develop self-advocacy skills
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, speech, occupational, and behavioral health professionals
Consult with therapists and participate in weekly team meetings and internal training
