Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in law, information science, computer science, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in coordinating investigation workflows, including triage, planning, and execution.
- Demonstrated experience in incident response, information security, and information governance.
- Knowledge of designing and implementing case management systems within complex international or multi-lateral organizations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to ensure outputs are clear, practical, and adaptable to multi-jurisdictional legal environments.
- Fluent in English (all application documents must be in English).
Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a system-wide Investigations Manual including lifecycle processes and investigation templates.
- Benchmark CGIAR investigative practices against IFIs, UN agencies, and other multilateral/federated organizations.
- Map workflows for investigation intake, assessment, evidence standards, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct a comprehensive feasibility assessment of potential shared case management systems for a federated environment.
- Analyze technical, legal, operational, and financial risks and benefits of various system models.
- Deliver an evidence-based roadmap and implementation plan for a governance-aligned case management system.
