Requirements

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in law, information science, computer science, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in coordinating investigation workflows, including triage, planning, and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in incident response, information security, and information governance.
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing case management systems within complex international or multi-lateral organizations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to ensure outputs are clear, practical, and adaptable to multi-jurisdictional legal environments.
  • Fluent in English (all application documents must be in English).

Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize a system-wide Investigations Manual including lifecycle processes and investigation templates.
  • Benchmark CGIAR investigative practices against IFIs, UN agencies, and other multilateral/federated organizations.
  • Map workflows for investigation intake, assessment, evidence standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct a comprehensive feasibility assessment of potential shared case management systems for a federated environment.
  • Analyze technical, legal, operational, and financial risks and benefits of various system models.
  • Deliver an evidence-based roadmap and implementation plan for a governance-aligned case management system.
