Requirements
- Current experience as a Level 3, Tier 3, or Principal Support Engineer handling enterprise infrastructure, on-call rotations, and final escalations.
- Hands-on experience with end-customer enterprise networks such as switches, APs, and firewalls in retail, healthcare, financial, or similar sectors.
- Scripting experience in service of operations using Python, Bash, Ansible, or PowerShell.
- Comfort interpreting logs, events, and time-series metrics.
- Ability to contribute to the development of autonomous networking systems.
- Experience automating workflows or working with data pipelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review real-world data from deployed networks including logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams.
- Label, classify, and analyze network behaviors, issues, and anomalies.
- Write scripts and tools to process, clean, and transform network data.
- Define schemas and structure for large-scale data pipelines.
- Collaborate with the client team to improve data quality and usability for ML systems.
