Requirements
- Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1 level).
- Must be based in Poland.
- 4-7 years of experience in the IT sector, specifically within software agencies, professional services, or consulting companies.
- Solid background in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including leading discovery workshops, shaping technical proposals, and drafting Statements of Work (SOW).
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical frameworks, define scope boundaries, and assess project feasibility.
- Proficiency in effort sizing and technical risk identification.
- Practical experience collaborating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are realistic and implementable.
- Tech-agnostic mindset with the ability to evaluate diverse technologies based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead expert-level discovery calls to understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Architect high-level solution frameworks and project approaches that address specific client challenges.
- Coordinate the end-to-end estimation process, collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and resource accuracy.
- Own the technical narrative of inbound sales proposals, bridging the gap between client expectations and our delivery capabilities.
- Guide the cross-functional presales process, acting as the primary technical point of contact for the client before project kickoff.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering Managers to align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer and formal handover before project kickoff.
