Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking
- Must reside in one of our current Braven operating states: IL, GA, NY, NJ, CA
- Evening and weekend work required
- Consistently available during at least three of the specified weekly shift times
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion
- Familiarity with Zoom and facilitating in a virtual environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs
- Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently
- Attend all LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs
- Work with Fellows effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
