Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
- Experience with SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of PyTorch.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and pipeline development.
- Expertise in AWS services including AWS CDK and AWS Lambdas.
- Understanding of the full Machine Learning lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience with model monitoring and Training Design.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain end-to-end ML lifecycles, including automated training, deployment, and versioning.
- Build and support core MLOps components, including Feature Stores, experiment tracking, and model registries.
- Develop CI/CD/CT pipelines for Machine Learning workloads.
- Build and optimize high-volume data pipelines using Apache Spark and PySpark.
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Implement monitoring for model drift, data quality, and system performance.
- Ensure reproducibility through versioning of data, code, and artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Owners to deliver production-ready ML solutions.
