Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT consultant, product manager, solution architect, or similar role.
- Ability to analyze user/product requirements and implement solutions.
- Experience in managing activities and/or projects.
- Experience in change, release, and test management.
- Knowledge of agile work and software development methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication, team, and assertiveness skills with analytical thinking.
- Fluent in German and English (negotiation level).
- Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers and independently conceptualize, implement, and realize custom solutions based on the TIVITY platform.
- Develop holistic solutions from ideation and user stories to wireframes and finished products.
- Act as the central interface between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success.
- Conduct intensive product and competitor analysis of innovative software solutions.
- Facilitate workshops for solution-finding in complex technical areas.
