Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Contact Center and UC environments.
- 5+ years of NICE CXone software development experience (design, custom/common coding, and testing).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.
- Expertise in enterprise-level CCaaS architecture design.
- Experience with cloud network infrastructure.
- Ability to create and present technical designs and roadmaps to executive-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud telephony platforms (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco).
- Experience with CRM integrations and process automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical resources for CCaaS implementations on client projects.
- Own end-to-end design of technical architecture including routing, ACD/IVR, API approach, and AI concepts.
- Formulate and document transformation roadmaps and business cases.
- Conduct solution design workshops with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Mentor junior-level consultants.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution reviews, and bid assurance processes.
- Estimate and supervise technical efforts for all project phases.
