Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, forecasting models, scenario analysis).
- Experience supporting demand forecasting, inventory planning, or S&OP processes.
- Ability to manage vendor communication and resolve PO-related issues.
- Ability to thoughtfully utilize AI-powered tools to support data analysis and enhance planning processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- CPG industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own PO processes end-to-end across approximately 10 suppliers, including issuance, updates, and communication.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules to meet inventory targets.
- Assist in updating demand and supply forecasts using inputs from sales, marketing, and historical trends.
- Manage SKU creation, update pricing, and ensure system data accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels, safety stock targets, and inventory health metrics.
- Act as a liaison with suppliers to clarify requirements and drive PO adjustments.
- Maintain recurring reports and dashboards within NetSuite and related systems.
- Execute SOPs and contribute to process improvements for planning and logistics.
