- Effective communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Academic background in Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
- Hands-on experience using LLMs, automation, and design/development tools to improve workflow quality.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, challenge-driven environments.
