Requirements
- Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Experience moving initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept to production
- Strong understanding of change management and organizational adoption
- Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities
- Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and workflow optimization
- Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and process improvement
- Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompts, agents, APIs, and orchestration tools
- Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining pathways to production implementation
- Design scalable solutions with governance, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Drive projects from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption
- Support change management and help teams successfully adopt new workflows and operating models
- Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives
