Job Details

5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
Expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution.
Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes.
Ability to ship working solutions autonomously without a dedicated engineering team.
Strong diagnostic mindset focused on identifying root causes before solutioning.
Deep accountability for achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
Bias toward action and building working prototypes over producing static roadmaps.
Capability to operate effectively in a forward-deployed capacity integrated with client teams.

Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and effective human-agent collaboration using AI.
Design comprehensive operating models including organizational structure, governance, and interaction models.
Establish performance baselines and build measurement frameworks to track engagement impact.
Build functional, AI-powered prototypes utilizing LLM APIs and low-code/no-code environments.
Advise clients on the practical application of AI versus potential workflow distractions.
Support the rollout of new tools and workflows, ensuring alignment with process design and change management.
Support complex engagement scoping and conduct diagnostic assessments for implementation readiness.
